Joseph E. Manion

Operations Manager

Mr. Manion began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 1999. Prior to joining SDG, he worked at Naturalistic Gardens for Roger Hopkins. He then founded Outdoor Design, a full-service landscape company, where he worked from 1987-1998.

His present responsibilities at Sudbury Design Group include construction management, procurement, estimating, budgeting and operations. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College in addition to a Construction Supervisor license and Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor’s license.

John Dodson

Construction Supervisor

Mr. Dodson, a Senior Foreman and Stonemason, began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 1985. For the last 35 years, John has held an active Class A CDL & Heavy Equipment license. Other credentials include a Construction Supervisor license, Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor’s license and a Certificate in Horticulture.

Eric Shaw

Landscape Supervisor

Mr. Shaw is a Senior Foreman in Masonry and Landscaping and has been with Sudbury Design Group Since 1983. Eric is an MCH (Massachusetts Certified Horticulturalist) with an MNLA-Associated Degree in Horticulture from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture. Eric also holds a Construction Supervisor license, Home Improvement license, Class A CDL, and a Hoisting license.

Scott Allenberg

Senior Landscape Foreman

Mr. Allenberg is a Landscape Foreman and began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 1999. With eleven years of nursery and horticulture experience prior to working with SDG, Scott is extremely proficient in horticulture and site management.

Gregory Jarvis

Senior Landscape Foreman

Mr. Jarvis is a Landscape Foreman and began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 1995. Greg, aka Newman, holds a Hoisting license.

Daniel Coelho

Senior Construction Foreman

Mr. Coelho is a Stonemason Foreman and began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 2002. Danny’s work ethic and precision make him an invaluable part of the SDG masonry division. He holds both a Hydraulics license and Hoisting license.

Timothy Cronan

Senior Construction Foreman

Mr. Cronan is a Senior Construction Foreman with 10 years of experience with Sudbury Design Group. Tim holds a degree in Horticulture from Massachusetts Bay Community College as well as a Hoisting license. With 35 years of experience in landscape maintenance, Tim formerly owned and operated his own lawn maintenance business prior to joining the SDG team.

Arturo Zuniga

Landscape Foreman

Mr. Zuniga is a Landscape Foreman and began his career with Sudbury Design Group in 2012. Arturo has been working in the landscape industry since 1995. Arturo holds both a Hydraulics license and a Hoisting license.

Gerry Reiniger

Senior Estate Care Foreman

Mr. Reiniger started his career at Sudbury Design Group in 1982. Mr. Reiniger, a Foreman, holds a degree in horticulture and has 28 years of experience with planting, annuals, perennials and logistics. Gerry holds a Class A CDL, Hoisting license, and Hydraulics license.
